Application: Wash & clean nose with soap & water, dry completely. Remove liner & avoid touching adhesive. Center nasal strip on nose as shown on package. Press & hold for 30 seconds. Edges of spring will lift from spring when operating properly.
Removal: Wet nasal strip with warm water. Gently lift both ends & remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. Dispose of used nasal strip.
